General Manager - £40,000 + Bonus + Tips
📍 New Milton | 5 Days per Week (Mon & Tues Off) | Live-Out Role
The Role:
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced General Manager to lead a stunning venue in New Milton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to take full ownership of a multi-functional site, supported by two Assistant Managers.
Key Information:
- 💷 Salary: £40,000 + Bonus + Tips
- 📅 Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday & Tuesday closed)
- 🏡 Accommodation: Live-out
- 📍 Location: New Milton
- 📄 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations across the restaurant, shop, and outdoor outlet
- Leading and mentoring a team including 2 Assistant Managers
- Driving guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence
- Managing budgets, rotas, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company standards
- Supporting and growing event and function business within the venue
- Working closely with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
What We're Looking For:
- Proven General Manager or senior leadership experience in hospitality
- Strong hands-on operational skills across food, beverage, and retail
- Confident managing multi-revenue stream venues
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Personal licence holder preferred
