The Role

As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in ensuring guest rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standard.

You'll help create positive first impressions and memorable guest experiences by maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to company standards
• Changing bed linen and replenishing room amenities
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising designated areas
• Ensuring bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal areas are clean and well presented
• Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items as required
• Managing linen, towels, and housekeeping supplies
• Supporting colleagues to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests
• Maintaining health and safety and infection control standards
• Delivering excellent customer service when interacting with guests
• Contributing to a positive and professional team environment
