Hub Administrator (Work From Home)

We are excitied to be working with our prestigious clients with this fantastic opportunity to work as a Hub Administrator.

Ideal candidate will have Administration within a Tele handler customer service role previously.

About the role:

You will be willing to train in Norfolk, once completed this role is working from home. This is a Temporary role which will run until March 2026 for the right people.

  • Mon-Fri, 8-4 or 9-5 TBC 7.5 hours per day
  • Must have had some experience with SystemOne an advantage however training is provided.
  • NO DBS required for this role

You will be

To provide comprehensive and pro-active administrative support to the Operational

Hub - Single Point of Contact, ensuring that all administrative processes and tasks are undertaken efficiently, effectively and to a high standard, contributing to the smooth running of the Hub and its overall effectiveness.
