Pay: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temporary Assignment - Initially 1 Month with Potential Extension

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are currently recruiting Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive team based in Arbroath.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving queries, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
• Updating customer records and systems accurately
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer outcomes

Working Hours

• Working 5 days out of 7, including every second weekend
• Shifts operating between 7:00am and 10:00pm
• Candidates must be fully flexible and available to work across these hours

What We are Looking For

• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good IT and administration skills
• A positive and professional approach to customer interactions
• Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
