📅Temporary Assignment (Initially 1 Month with Potential Extension)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people every day? We are looking for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive team in Arbroath.

What You Will Be Doing

✅ Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently

✅ Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries

✅ Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

✅ Maintaining and updating customer records accurately

✅ Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for customers

Working Hours

🕒 5 days out of 7, including every second weekend

🕒 Shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm

🕒 Full flexibility is required to work across all shift patterns

What We Are Looking For

✔ Previous customer service experience (preferred)

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong problem-solving abilities

✔ Good IT and administrative skills

✔ A professional and positive attitude

✔ Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
