Dutch Speaking - Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agent

Location: Hybrid (initial training on-site in London)

Salary: £12.30 per hour + benefits

Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly (OTE approx. £5,000 per year)

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: 8am-8pm (Mon-Fri) and 8am-5pm (weekends, one weekend day every other week)

Role Overview

We are seeking a fluent Dutch speaker with exceptional customer service skills to join our dynamic team supporting European holiday bookings. You will manage inbound calls, resolve service requests, and drive sales through understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for both sales and customer service
• Process booking changes, cancellations, and confirmations
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting KPIs
• Identify customer needs and convert inquiries into sales
• Upsell additional services such as extended stays and premium options

Essential Skills & Experience

• Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (essential)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
• Resilient, detail-oriented, and highly motivated
