We're recruiting for a Junior Manager / Supervisor to join a charming country pub near Romsey, part of a small, independent hospitality group with venues across Hampshire. You'll be joining a friendly and hands-on team where your contribution genuinely makes a difference, with the opportunity to develop your management skills and progress within the company.

• Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Desire to build a long-term career within hospitality
• Experience in pubs, restaurants, or hospitality-led venues preferred

🍽️ The Role

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the pub
• Leading and motivating Front of House teams
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Assisting with staff training and development
• Supporting operational and commercial objectives
• Working closely with senior management to drive business success
