Responsibilities:

To assist in day to day running of catering department, preparing food for students and staff, washing up and cleaning of kitchen and dining areas, to liaise with kitchen team to complete and record cleaning tasks. Responsible for receiving and maintaining stores and other deliveries. Assist in service of food offer.

* Assist in the preparation and cooking of food offer

* Serving customers and fulfilling dietary requirements

* Washing up and day to day cleaning of kitchen and catering areas

* Putting deliveries away and maintaining storage area

* Assist in food service

* Assist in maintaining hygienic working environment

Training and Development

* Progression plan informed using customer and observation KPI's with CPD Sessions to help you achieve.

* Enhanced Safeguarding training.

* Food Hygiene Level 2.

* Access to Online Training Modules.

* Full induction and training plan.

* Allergy awareness qualification.

* All expenses Paid Staff Development trip at the end of season.
