Kitchen Assistant required on the following details.

Location: Swindon, SN5

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary ongoing

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant to join our client's team in the Swindon (SN5) area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking for a stable Monday to Friday role within a busy catering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking duties.
• Provide excellent customer service, including operating tills when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen areas throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures at all times.
• Carry out any additional duties as requested by the client.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar catering or kitchen assistant role.
• Valid Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (Blue Arrow can assist with obtaining this if required).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a reliable work ethic.
