Location: RG20 Newbury

Salary: £12.50/hour + Tips

Hours: Wednesday to Sunday (40-45 hours)

Type: Full-Time

We're on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to support our client's busy kitchen team. If you're passionate about food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a friendly crew, this could be the perfect role for you!

Due to the countryside location, having your own transport, bike, or driving license is essential.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keeping the kitchen spotless by washing and storing dishes, pots, and utensils.
• Assisting chefs with simple prep tasks like chopping and assembling ingredients.
• Ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and hygienic.
• Helping out during busy service times by fetching and delivering items.
• Following health and safety guidelines to keep the team safe.
• Supporting stock rotation and helping reduce waste.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in hospitality or kitchens is a bonus, but not required.
• A strong work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Interest in food and a willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
