About the Role:

We're looking for a Lead Catering Assistant to supervise our catering team and ensure smooth, high-quality food service. You'll coordinate staff, maintain hygiene standards, and support events across campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide catering assistants
• Oversee meal service and front-of-house areas
• Ensure food safety and allergen compliance
• Support events and functions

Requirements:

• Food Safety Level 2 (or willingness to train)
• Experience in catering/hospitality and team supervision
• Strong communication and organisational skills
