Spire Nottingham Hospital is seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dedicated Outpatient team on a permanent basis. The Role
As an Outpatient Physiotherapist, your role will involve performing individual assessments and overseeing a diverse range of patient cases. You will have the opportunity to dedicate sufficient time to each patient, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation programmes within our outpatients setting.
- Manage your own caseload as an autonomous practitioner.
- Support patients throughout their physiotherapy journey.
- Assist with supervision of undergraduate students.
- Contribute to the delivery of safe, effective and evidence-based physiotherapy services.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from Physiotherapists who are:
- Degree qualified in Physiotherapy (BSc Hons or equivalent).
- Registered with the HCPC with no restrictions.
- Experienced in assessing, diagnosing and treating a diverse patient caseload.
- Able to demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Passionate about gym rehabilitation of patients
- Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communicators who can build confidence and rapport with patients and colleagues.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Demonstrable post-graduate physiotherapy experience within an NHS or private hospital setting.
- Experience in MSK and post-operative care.
- Experience managing and prioritising your own clinical caseload.
