Nursery Nurse - Busy Children's Nursery (Walton-on-Thames)
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £30,804 per annum

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Nursery Nurse to join our busy and welcoming children's nursery in Walton-on-Thames. If you are passionate about early years education and dedicated to providing high-quality care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding childcare and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children's learning through a blend of structured and play-based activities
- Maintain accurate records, observations, and assessments
- Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times
- Follow safeguarding policies and procedures diligently
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of the EYFS
- Awareness of the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience working effectively within a team
- Customer service experience
- Good knowledge of health and safety practices
- Understanding of equal opportunities legislation
- Up-to-date safeguarding training
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- A satisfactory DBS check
