About the Role:
As an Early Years Educator, you'll play a vital role in keeping children safe, loved, and inspired to learn. You'll bring joy and curiosity into everyday routines, helping little ones grow through meaningful moments and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply our curriculum and pedagogy principles to support children's development
• Create learning opportunities during daily routines like mealtimes and transitions
• Build strong bonds with children and their families through genuine engagement

About You:
We're looking for someone who:

• Has a true passion for child development and care
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Communicates effectively with colleagues, management, and parents
• Sees every moment as a chance to nurture and teach
• Understands and applies the EYFS framework

Must-Haves:

• Early Years qualification at Level 3
• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
