Private Patient Co-ordinator | Customer Service | Private Hospital | Bristol | Full-time & Permanent
Spire Bristol Hospital is looking to recruit a Private Patient Co-ordinator who will provide excellent levels of customer service to patients making enquiries into the hospital by telephone and email, on a full time, permanent basis. Experience of sales, telephony and/or a customer contact centre would be an advantage.
This is a Full Time on site role conducting face to face meetings with consultants and patients.
Please note that if successful with the role you would need to travel to Cardiff for 2 weeks training at the start of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professional handling of self-pay enquiries (eg, capturing enquirers details, booking appointments, resolving queries, giving information, providing advice and practical help) from phone calls and emails with prospective self-pay patients
- Converting enquiries to outpatient appointments
- Meeting team and individual targets relating to conversion, revenue and appointments
- Attending patient information events to represent Spire Healthcare and our services
- Learning skills required to assist in outpatient appointments team as and when required
- Providing customers with excellent after-sales service
Who we're looking for:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident with face to face interactions
- Self motivated with a can-do attitude
- First-rate organisational skills and attention to detail
- A good grasp of standard IT packages (eg Microsoft Outlook, Excel & ideally CRM or SAP, although these are not essential
- High level of customer service
- Experience in sales or a contact centre-based role ideal but not essential
Hours: Full-time. Working hours are 37.5 hours on a rota between 8am - 6pm plus 1-2 days per week late start, 8pm finish. Plus monthly events (average 2) with late finishes.
