• Salary: £35,000 per annum
• Location: Wimborne
• Schedule: Full-time with alternate weekends off
• Contract: Permanent

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a high-volume venue, ensuring outstanding service standards while maintaining a smooth and efficient operation across both Front of House and the kitchen.

You'll be a visible leader, supporting your team during busy services, driving performance, and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager is essential
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing high-volume operations of approximately 200 covers per day, rising to 300 covers during peak seasons
• Confidence working across both Front of House and kitchen operations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• The ability to motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing team

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the restaurant team on a daily basis
• Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high operational standards
• Recruit, train, develop, and mentor team members
• Work closely with kitchen and Front of House teams to ensure seamless service
• Monitor performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene standards are met
• Support business growth through strong leadership and operational excellence
