Gateline Customer Service Assistant

📍 Location: Glasgow Queen Street (must live within 45 minutes travel)

💰 Salary: £26,731 per year + 3% commission

📄 Contract: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)

⏰ Shifts: Various, including weekends

What You'll Do

• Provide customer assistance and information, including wheelchair support.
• Issue tickets and check travel documents accurately.
• Ensure safe operation of the gateline and respond to hazards promptly.
• Manage queues and keep passenger flow smooth and efficient.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the gateline area.
