Blue Arrow Derby is currently recruiting exam invigilators for Derby's largest education provider and its students, ready to support the busy exam season in May 2026.

Pay Rate: £13.50 p/h

Located just outside of Derby City Centre, this location would suit anyone with their own transport in Derby or the surrounding areas. The site is also easily commutable to via bus services, as there are bus stops just outside the site.

Free on-site parking is available, there is also canteens and other on-site facilities available.

Training

Full training is provided so no previous invigilating experience is required. You must attend one training session which will be carried out on site before you can invigilate.

Exact time/dates for training sessions to be confirmed.

Training will consist of PowerPoint presentation, interactive activities and a guided tour around site.

About the Role

You would be working as key member of the team alongside experienced invigilators, working within a busy environment.

Duties will include:

* Setting out examination materials

* Monitoring students

* Reporting any disruptions

* Collecting in and sorting exam papers

* Liaising and working with the Exams Team

* Assisting with general admin tasks when necessary

About You:

Excellent communication skills

* Good use of initiative

* Work well as part of a team

* Work well individually

* Previous admin or customer service experience is desirable

* Ability to be flexible and multi-task where required

* Well organised
