We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Staff to join our temporary hospitality team across Portsmouth and the surrounding areas.

This role offers flexible shifts at a variety of hospitality and event venues, including hotels, conference centres, wedding venues, sporting events, care facilities, corporate functions, and other hospitality settings.

Key Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors
Serving food and beverages in a professional manner
Clearing tables and maintaining clean dining and event areas
Assisting with event setup and service requirements
Taking customer orders and responding to guest requests
Serving alcoholic beverages where required
Maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism
Adhering to food hygiene and health & safety procedures

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or over
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Confident interacting with customers and working in busy environments
Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
Able to work as part of a team
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Own transport is advantageous but not essential
