Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? We're currently recruiting enthusiastic Waiting Staff and Bar Staff to support a range of wedding venues, pubs, hotels, and event locations across Andover and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional or looking to build your experience within the industry, we have flexible shifts available to fit around your lifestyle.

The Role

• Greeting guests and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Taking food and drink orders and serving meals and beverages efficiently
• Preparing and serving drinks behind the bar, including cocktails, wines, and draft products where required
• Assisting with weddings, private functions, and special events
• Setting up and clearing dining rooms, bars, and event spaces
• Handling payments and operating tills where necessary
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
• Supporting venue teams during busy service periods and functions

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in waiting, bar, hospitality, or event work is preferred
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working as part of a team
• Food Hygiene certification is beneficial but not essential
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
