This role is based in the Economic Analysis Team, which is part of the Product Strategy, Planning and Portfolio directorate, and comprises teams which own performance analysis, strategic planning, product strategy development, and economics.

The Lead Technologists in GDS exist to make building and buying great technology easier in the UK Public Sector.

You will work closely with the AI Product Lead and be supported by a multidisciplinary team including user-centred design (UCD), technology, and delivery professionals to ensure cohesive and impactful AI solutions.

You’ll lead a consistent Technology & Operations (T&O) response to major incidents, making rapid resolution and minimal disruption to customer services your priorities, as well as compliance with ISO and ITIL standards.

You would be expected to have ability to design, configure and implement as to the business requirements. Able to work effectively under pressure to deadlines, with rapidly changing priorities and workloads.

As a member of our exceptional team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our infrastructure solutions running smoothly.

Using all your skills as you collaborate with our clients and users on the content and appearance of complex web pages, we’ll also expect you to create and test pages with specified content and layout, and develop web interfaces.
