As a Chef working with Blue Arrow, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting meals to a high standard
- Managing your section and supporting the wider kitchen team
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are always followed
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Assisting with menu preparation and stock control
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Following all food safety and health and safety procedures

- Previous experience working as a Chef, Cook, or Sous Chef
- A passion for food and high standards of presentation
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to take on shifts when available
- Food Hygiene Certificate desirable
