- £15.00-£22.00/hr + holiday pay (Mon-Fri)
- £15.00-£32.00/hr + holiday pay (Weekends)
- You're paid for every hour you work.
Blue Arrow is expanding its chef team in Aylesbury, and we're looking for reliable, skilled chefs who enjoy variety and control over their working week. As an Agency Chef, you'll pick the shifts that suit you and gain experience across a range of exciting venues.
Work locally in country pubs, schools, care homes, event spaces, contract catering sites, restaurants and hotels - giving you the chance to build your skills while keeping each week different.

What you'll be doing
- Running a section confidently in different kitchen environments
- Preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes
- Supporting and guiding junior brigade members
- Following food hygiene and safety procedures (HACCP)
- Managing portion control and minimising food waste
- Quickly adapting to varied menus and kitchen styles
What we're looking for
- Good all‑round cooking skills and consistency
- Experience working in busy professional kitchens
- Calm under pressure and able to problem‑solve
- Clear communication and strong organisation
- A genuine passion for great food and continuous learning
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds 706/1 or 706/2, or NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Level 2 Food Safety
- Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen experience
- Understanding of COSHH, manual handling and kitchen equipment
- Good spoken and written English
Desirable (not essential): Level 3 Food Safety
