Our independent bistro, located near Winchester train station, is seeking a talented chef to take charge and create exciting, seasonal dishes that delight our loyal guests.

What You'll Be Doing:

👨‍🍳 Running the kitchen solo with KP support during busy services 🥗 Designing and executing a modern, vibrant brunch and lunch menu 🛒 Sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients for exciting, seasonal creations 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Contributing to a warm, energetic bistro culture that values great food and great people ✅ Maintaining exceptional hygiene and kitchen organization

What We're Looking For:

• A skilled chef with experience running a kitchen solo or leading brunch services
• A creative flair and passion for modern, fresh, and innovative cuisine
