Are you an early riser with a passion for breakfast service? Blue Arrow is currently recruiting a Breakfast Chef to join a reputable hotel in Edinburgh on a temporary basis.

🔹 What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and cooking breakfast for hotel guests
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Supporting the kitchen team with prep and clean-down

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a breakfast chef preferred
• Essential: Proven experience working in a professional kitchen
• A positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Punctuality and reliability
