We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our popular restaurant in the beautiful village of Studland, near Swanage.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys early starts and finishing their day by late afternoon, offering a great work-life balance with a 4-day working week.

The Role

Preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes.
Ensuring food is consistently presented to a high standard.
Managing breakfast service efficiently during busy periods.
Assisting with food preparation and stock rotation.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Supporting the wider kitchen team where required.

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef or similar role.

✅ Ability to work independently and stay organised during service.

✅ Passion for fresh, quality food.

✅ Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

✅ Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
