Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a Temporary Chef for our client in Perth!
Pay: £18.50
When: 25th June to 8th July
Shift times: 7am/8am to 4pm
Where: Perth
Duties:
Prepare and cook meals according to company recipes and menus (breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas, etc.).
Ensure food is prepared efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.
Handle fresh ingredients with care, following portion and presentation standards
Follow all health and safety, food hygiene, and allergen regulations
Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks
Follow company policies including COSHH and HACCP guidelines
Put away all stock deliveries
Requirements:
Experience in a similar kitchen or café environment.
Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
