Chef

Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced chef to work with our client on a temporary part time basis in the Ludlow area.

Working in a busy farm shop cafe which can seat up to 175 guests, your main duties will include:

* Assisting the head chef with kitchen management

* Menu development

* Cooking from fresh using seasonal ingredients

* Maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene

Hours of work:

2-3 days per week

8am-4pm

Due to the nature of the business, some weekend work will be necessary.

Previous experience in a fast paced environment is necessary

Applicants must hold a food hygiene level 2 certificate or above dated within the last 3 years.
