🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm

💷 Pay: £18 to £20 per hour

🏫 Setting: School kitchen

We are looking for a reliable, confident chef to join a friendly school kitchen. This role suits someone who enjoys structured hours, a steady routine, and working as part of a close-knit team.

What we're looking for:

✔ Previous chef experience

✔ Food Hygiene Level 2 (within the last 3 years)

✔ Own chef whites and knives

✔ Passion for fresh, well-prepared food

✔ Ability to manage your section confidently

✔ Good communication and teamwork skills

✔ A hands-on, can-do attitude

✔ Willingness to support with cleaning and general kitchen duties

✔ Reliable, organised, and professional

Your day-to-day role will include:

🥕 Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard

📦 Receiving and putting away deliveries

🧼 Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace

🍽 Cleaning equipment and utensils as required

📋 Correct storage and rotation of food

💬 Reporting any issues to the kitchen or site team
