• Annual salary: approx. £31,000
• Seasonal operation: March - December (January & February off to recharge!)
• Shifts: Earliest start 7am, latest finish 9pm
• Work alongside an experienced Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, and KP
• A supportive, creative kitchen environment with the chance to put your own mark on seasonal menus
