Chefs of All Levels Required

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting chefs of all levels to support a variety of temporary and ongoing contracts across Durham and Middlesbrough.
We work with a wide range of clients, including:
- Care homes
- Schools and education settings
- Contract catering
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Leisure clubs and event venues
Pay Rates
£15.00 - £22.00 per hour, depending on chef level, experience, and client requirements.
Chef Duties and Responsibilities
Daily duties may include:
- Preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals to a high standard
- Working from set menus and accommodating dietary and allergen requirements
- Maintaining high levels of food hygiene and health and safety compliance
- Stock control, portion control, and waste management
- Supporting kitchen teams and working independently when required
- Ensuring kitchens are kept clean, organised, and audit-ready
What We're Looking For
- Chefs of all levels (including Catering Chefs, CDP, Sous Chef, and Head Chef)
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexible, reliable, and professional approach to work
- Ability to adapt to different kitchen environments
