Chef de Partie | £16.50 per Hour | Stockbridge | Mostly Daytime Hours
A fantastic bistro-style restaurant in the heart of Stockbridge is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join its growing kitchen team. Renowned for its high-quality fresh food, in-house baking, and welcoming team culture, this is an excellent opportunity to work with seasonal ingredients while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
With mostly daytime shifts and only one Friday evening service per month, this role is perfect for a chef looking to develop their skills in a quality-driven environment without the demands of regular late nights.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:
- Prepare and cook fresh, seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard
- Take responsibility for your own section during service
- Assist with daily preparation and in-house baking
- Support the wider kitchen team across different areas of the operation
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Contribute ideas and enthusiasm in a collaborative team environment
What's on Offer?
- £16.50 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7
- Typical shifts: 7:45am - 4:30pm / 5:00pm
- Only one Friday evening shift per month (finishing around 9pm)

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a fresh-food kitchen
- Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
- Confidence running your own section
- Passion for quality ingredients and seasonal menus
- Positive, hardworking attitude with strong team spirit
