Blue Arrow is currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic Chefs to work across a range of catering establishments in Lichfield.

We have ongoing opportunities available for Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs, and Head Chefs, offering flexible assignments to fit around your schedule and lifestyle.

Day shifts typically between 7:00am and 6:00pm

Key Duties

Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in line with client requirements
Ensuring food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Managing stock levels and ensuring food is stored correctly
Working effectively within busy kitchen teams
Supporting smooth kitchen operations and service delivery
Maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef within a professional kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
Food Hygiene Certificate desirable but not essential
Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own transport is advantageous due to the variety of locations across Burton and Lichfield
