Hourly Rate: £16-£20 per hour (depending on your culinary skills!)

We're on the lookout for chefs who can commute to Castle Donington for shifts running 8am to 2pm - ideal for those who enjoy early starts and finishing mid-afternoon.

🍳 What you'll be cooking up:

* Preparing fresh ingredients with care and creativity

* Using your kitchen experience to deliver smooth service

* Organising and storing deliveries correctly

* Keeping pots, pans, and equipment clean and ready

* Working closely with the team to keep service flowing

* Producing high-quality dishes every time

* Ensuring ingredients are stored safely and correctly

* Staying calm and efficient during busy periods

* Working confidently with your own chef whites and knives

* Following health & safety standards to keep the kitchen spotless

👨‍🍳 What you'll bring to the table:

* Food Hygiene Level 2 (completed within the last 3 years)

* Confidence working in a busy kitchen environment

* A proactive mindset - happy to help wherever needed

* Strong organisation and time-management skills

* Ability to work well within a team and independently

* Clear communication skills - speak up and support the team

* Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work

* Previous experience in a similar catering or kitchen role
