We are recruiting for a Chef to join a well-established contract catering operation in Salisbury, working within the main restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys producing quality food while benefiting from structured hours and a supportive working environment.

Shift Patterns

You will work a mixture of:

Early Shifts: 5:00am/6:00am - 2:00pm/2:30pm
Late Shifts: 11:00am - 7:30pm

The Role

Preparing and cooking fresh meals for high-volume service
Supporting the kitchen team with daily food production
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures
Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation

What We're Looking For

Previous chef experience within contract catering, hospitality, education, healthcare or similar environments
Passion for producing quality food
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
Reliable, team-focused and well organised
