Chef De Partie

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join a well-established restaurant based in the Saundersfoot/Pembrokeshire area.

Contract: 11 week contract from 13/07/26

Rate of Pay: £17+ph

Hours of work: Full time 10-12 hour shifts on a rota basis

About the role: to work within a well experienced kitchen team operating a Brasserie style food menu, cooking fresh food to order. The restaurant is a busy restaurant doing 170 covers per day

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality fresh dishes according to requirements
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
  • Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and teams
  • Deliver exceptional service under pressure

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CDP chef in a professional kitchen
  • Experience working a Brasserie Menu
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own transport is desirable due to location as no live in accommodation available
