Chef de Partie

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting skilled Chef de Parties to support our clients across Newbury, Thatcham, Hungerford, and surrounding areas. We work with a range of establishments including schools, care homes, nurseries, business and industry sites, and contract catering venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Supporting the smooth running of kitchen operations
• Managing food storage and stock rotation procedures
• Working effectively with kitchen teams in busy environments
• Delivering consistent quality and excellent food presentation

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent level in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices
• Food Hygiene Certificate preferred but not essential
• A valid DBS certificate is advantageous and preferred for some assignments, but not essential
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach to work
• Own transport is beneficial due to the variety of client locations
