Blue Arrow is currently recruiting a skilled Chef de Partie to work at a military catering site in the Odiham area, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality meals for a large-scale catering operation.

Available Shifts

Various shifts are available across the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Flexibility is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Head Chef with food preparation and service
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Supporting the smooth running of kitchen operations
• Managing food storage and stock rotation procedures
• Working effectively as part of a busy kitchen team
• Delivering consistent quality and excellent food presentation

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent level within a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices
• Food Hygiene Certificate preferred but not essential
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach to work
• Must be able to travel to the site reliably, as public transport options may be limited
• Own transport is highly advantageous
• Willingness to undergo any required pre-employment and security checks
