Blue Arrow is recruiting talented and reliable Chefs to support kitchens across Greater Manchester & Lancashire, including Manchester, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, Wigan, Preston, Darwen, Blackburn.

Your Role -

As a Blue Arrow Chef, you will:

Prepare and cook fresh, nutritious meals for pupils and staff
Ensure high standards of food hygiene, allergen management, and food safety
Manage stock levels, food storage, and kitchen organisation
Work effectively as part of a busy catering team
Maintain excellent standards of food presentation and service
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Comply with all safeguarding, health and safety, and catering requirements

What We're Looking For -

Previous experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen environment
Experience working in schools, care homes, contract catering, or volume catering is advantageous
We have roles available from Cook, to Head Chef and Kitchen Managers.
An enhanced DBS check is advantageous; however, we can support suitable candidates with obtaining one where required
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
