4 DAYS ON * 3 DAYS OFF

📍 Somerset countryside
⏰ Full-time - mix of breakfast, lunch & dinner
💰 £32,000 per year + generous tronc + brilliant perks

🔪 What You'll Be Doing:
Leading your section like a pro

Supporting junior chefs & sharing your knowledge

Crafting top-tier dishes using local & estate-grown ingredients

Keeping standards sky-high in prep, service & hygiene

Contributing ideas to a menu that evolves with the seasons
