Chef de Partie - Stockbridge - £28,000-£30,000 - Mostly Daytime Hours!
A fantastic bistro-style restaurant in Stockbridge is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their growing kitchen team. This venue is known for its high‑quality fresh food, in‑house baking, and strong team culture.
With mostly daytime shifts and only one Friday evening per month (finishing around 9pm), this role offers an excellent work-life balance while working with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Key Information
- Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum
- Hours: 5 days over 7
- Shift Times: Typically 7:45am - 4:30/5:00pm
- Evenings: Only one Friday evening per month, finishing approx. 9pm
- Covers:
- Lunch service: 40-60 covers
- Dinner service: 60 covers
- Team Structure:
- 4 full‑time chefs
- 2 Kitchen Assistants
- 2 weekend chefs
About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:
- Prepare and cook fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard
- Work across multiple sections, including production and main kitchen food area
- Assist with in‑house baking and daily prep
- Maintain clean, organised work areas
- Collaborate with a friendly, well‑structured team
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
