An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a beautiful 4-star hotel in Braunton, North Devon.

Working within a professional brigade, you will assist in delivering high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients while maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

✅ Competitive salary of £34,245.12 per annum

✅ 48-hour contract over 4 days

• 12-hour shifts
• 3 days off each week

• Located at our sister hotel
• Complimentary minibus service provided between accommodation and workplace
• Accommodation charged at £77.70 per week

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passion for fresh, high-quality food
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• A positive attitude and strong team ethic
• Commitment to maintaining high food hygiene and health & safety standards

Responsibilities

• Running and maintaining your designated section
• Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Supporting senior chefs and mentoring junior team members
• Ensuring food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards are upheld
• Contributing ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
