A well-established and highly regarded restaurant in Christchurch is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen brigade. With trade booming throughout the week-not just at weekends-we're expanding our team to keep up with demand during what has been an incredible season.
As Chef de Partie, you'll take responsibility for your section while working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards during lunch and dinner service.
We pride ourselves on preparing a large amount of our food fresh in-house and don't rely heavily on pre-made products. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys cooking properly and wants to work in a kitchen that values quality ingredients and teamwork.
During the summer months, we do not serve breakfast, meaning shifts are focused on lunch and dinner service, helping to create a more manageable working day than many hospitality venues.
With Christchurch enjoying a fantastic summer and visitor numbers remaining high, we continue to be exceptionally busy throughout the week.
