We're looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy and thriving country pub in the Botley area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, producing quality pub classics, and developing their skills within a supportive and professional kitchen environment.

Working alongside an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering consistently great food while helping maintain high standards across all sections of the kitchen.

The Role

• Run your designated section during service
• Prepare and cook quality pub dishes to company specifications
• Ensure high standards of food presentation and consistency
• Support junior team members when required
• Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie
• Passion for fresh food and hospitality
• Organised and able to perform in a busy kitchen
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen best practices
