Chef de Partie - Up to £27,500

The Role:

An experienced Chef de Partie is required for a leisure park in the heart of the New Forest, with easy access to the seafront - a stunning location to live and work. Live-in accommodation in a holiday home can be provided if you don't live nearby.

The chefs here work just 40 hours, usually 12-9 shifts, and if you work over 40 hours you get paid overtime - which is very refreshing!

Key Information:

• Salary: Up to £27,500 + Tips
• Hours: 5/7 days on straight shifts, usually 12pm-9pm
• Location: Near Christchurch, with easy access to the vibrant seaside town of Bournemouth!

Duties include:

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef
• Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and hygienic
• Cater for dietary requirements and liaise with customers
• Respond to feedback and adapt menus as needed
• Create a range of interesting menus for adults and children
• Any other reasonable requests from management

What you need to get the job as a Chef de Partie:

• Experience at Chef de Partie level in a similar establishment
• NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
• Experience cooking with fresh produce to a high standard
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
