We're recruiting a passionate Chef de Partie to join our established and popular coastal restaurant in New Milton. You'll be working with a committed team, fresh ingredients, and enjoying an excellent work-life balance.

The Role

As a CDP, you'll take responsibility for your section, deliver high‑quality dishes, support senior chefs, and maintain consistency during busy services. This is a great opportunity for a chef who loves fresh food, coastal living, and a balanced lifestyle.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Chef de Partie experience in a fresh‑food environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to run a section confidently and consistently
