What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie OR Pastry Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of fresh produce and refined cooking or pastry techniques
- A passion for delivering dishes to a high standard, consistently
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and collaboratively
- A positive, professional attitude with a genuine love for hospitality
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes to the hotel's high standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain quality and creativity
- Manage your own section with confidence and consistency
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support junior chefs and contribute to a respectful kitchen culture
- Ensure smooth service during busy periods while maintaining presentation and quality
