Are you a Chef de Partie who loves working with fresh, seasonal produce and creating dishes that showcase skill and creativity? Join our team at a historic 16th Century Coaching Inn, proudly holding 2 AA Rosettes and renowned for its modern, contemporary cuisine.
Located in a picturesque village between Yeovil and Dorchester, this is an incredible opportunity to work in a fine dining environment, where menus change regularly to reflect the best local, organic ingredients. You'll be part of a passionate team delivering exceptional dining experiences for up to 60 covers.

Key Information
- Salary: Up to £32,000 + Tips
- Hours: 5 days out of 7, various shifts (40 hours per week)
- Location: Between Yeovil and Dorchester
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Cuisine: Modern fine dining
Your Role
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Supervise and motivate junior team members when required
- Assist with stock control and ordering
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food or fine dining environment
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
- Passion for culinary creativity and excellence
