Pay: £14.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our stunning hotel in Studland. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a professional kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients while developing your career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for your designated section and ensure service runs smoothly.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and minimising wastage.
- Support junior members of the kitchen team where required.
- Help deliver an exceptional dining experience for hotel guests.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience at Chef de Partie level within a professional kitchen.
- Hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
- Passion for fresh food and high-quality ingredients.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
