Are you a passionate and driven Chef de Partie looking to bring your skills to a dynamic hotel kitchen? We're on the hunt for a talented CDP to join our culinary team in Fareham, delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

🔥 What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard across all sections
Supporting the Sous and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Contributing ideas for menus and specials
Helping to train and mentor junior kitchen staff

✅ What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a CDP in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting
A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and great presentation
